WATERCOLOURS
I went to work in Malawi for a couple of months (helping a friend set up a pottery in
Malindi) but I caught malaria. Too weak to work and seeing light with great intensity (a
side effect of the Chloroquinine malaria cure) I took to painting. Although I still draw
often, I've never felt inspired to paint anything since - and never wanted to return to
Africa. |
